Refund Policy

At Pintor y Más, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our services (customized construction, renovation, and finishing work), refunds are handled under the following conditions:

 

 

1. Service-Based Work

 

 

Our services are tailored to each client and are not eligible for a full refund once the work has begun. Any claims for refund must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

2. Deposit Payments

 

 

If a deposit has been paid to secure a project, it is non-refundable once scheduling, material purchase, or preparatory work has commenced.

 

 

3. Cancellation Before Work Starts

 

 

If a client cancels the job before the work begins and no materials have been purchased or time scheduled, a refund of the deposit (minus administrative fees) may be considered.

 

 

4. Work Defects or Issues

 

 

If there are defects or unfinished work clearly resulting from our services, Pintor y Más will first aim to repair or complete the job at no additional cost. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

 

 

5. No Refund for Change of Mind

 

 

Refunds are not provided due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetic choices once agreed upon and completed according to the project scope.
