1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, offers, and services provided by Pintor y Más, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

Pintor y Más offers painting, plastering, drywall installation, microcement, tiling, and general renovation services. The scope of work will be defined in individual contracts or offers.

3. Offers and Prices

All offers are non-binding and subject to change until a written agreement is signed. Prices are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional costs due to changes requested by the client or unforeseen conditions will be charged separately.

4. Appointments and Deadlines

Agreed start and completion dates are approximate unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delays due to force majeure, weather, or supplier issues do not entitle the client to compensation.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are due immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required before the start of work. In the event of late payment, legal interest and collection costs may apply.

6. Warranty

We guarantee that our work is carried out professionally and according to the current technical standards. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of discovery. We will correct any justified defects free of charge within a reasonable period.

7. Liability

Pintor y Más is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it concerns injury to life, body, or health.

8. Cancellation

If the client cancels the contract after the order has been confirmed, a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the work already performed or scheduled.

9. Retention of Title

All delivered materials remain the property of Pintor y Más until full payment is received.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction is Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura.
